  • Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be accompanied by the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • Initiating the Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team through email or phone. Provide the order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on the part of Ritzy Gadgets or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the return is received by our warehouse.
  • Inspection of Returned Items: Upon receiving the returned item, Ritzy Gadgets will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund. If the item does not meet the required conditions, the refund may be denied, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Refund Processing: Once the returned product is approved for a refund, Ritzy Gadgets will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Additionally, products that have been tampered with, altered, or used in violation of the manufacturer’s guidelines may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including the return shipping cost.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you may follow the regular refund process.
